२०६८ पुस १८ गते, सोमवार ०६:२९:२४ बजे
वि.सं. २००७ सालमा भएको जन आन्दोलन तथा जनक्रान्तिले १०४ वर्षे राणाहरुको निरङकुस जहानिँया राणा शासनको अन्त्य गरेर देशलाई राजनैतिक परिवर्तनको साथमा आर्थिक सामाजिक परिवर्तन गर्दै सभ्यता र संस्कृतिको स्थापना एवं निर्माण र विकासको प्ररणा पनि दियो । त्यति बेलाका चेतलशिल यूवाहरुमा थिचोमिचो र पछौटेपनको प्रमुख कारण राजनैतिक चेतना र निरक्षरता नै मुख्य कारण भएको कुरा महशुस गरे । शिक्षाको महत्वलाई बुझि देशका विभिन्न भागमा विद्यालय खोल्ने अभियान शुरुवात भयो । त्यसै अवसरमा गोरखामा पनि पोखरीथोक खरिबोट वो तान्द्राङ घ्याल्चोक लाङदी जौवारी आदी क्षेत्रहरुमा पाठशाला खोली पठनपाठन गर्न शुरु गरियो ।
गोरखा जिल्ला सदरमुकामबाट २३ किलो मिटर पूर्व बुढी गण्डकी नदिको तहमा अवस्थित नेपालका प्रथम प्रधानमन्त्री राष्ट्रिय विभुति भिमसेन थापा र नामुद ज्योतिष कुलानन्द ढकाल जस्ता विर पुरुषहरुको जन्मस्थान वोलङ्गि गा.वि.स. मा जिल्लाको विभिन्न डाउँमा विद्यालय खोलने कार्य शुरु भई सक्दा पनि गाउँको चेतना स्तर र आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएको कारण विद्यालय खोल्ने कार्य अन्य गाउँसँगै हुन सकेन । हने खाने टाठा बाठाले आफ्ना बाल बच्चालाई पण्डितकहाँ राखेर पढाउने गर्थे "जबसम्म शिक्षामा सबैको समान पहुच पुग्दैन तबसम्म राम्रो गाउँको कल्पना गर्न सम्भव छैन" भन्ने तथ्यलाई हृदयगमन गरी गाउँका समाजसेवीहरुको सकि्रयतामा विद्यालय खोल्ने पहल शुरु गरी विभिन्न सरकारी कार्यालय धाउने कार्यबाट वि.सं. २०१६ साल भाद्र १ गते श्री सरस्वती प्राइमरी स्कुल नामाकरण गरी वोर्लाङ्ग गा.वि.स. वडा नं. ४ निवासी श्री हेम बहादुर श्रेष्ठ लाई पहिलो शिक्षाको रुपमा नियक्ती गरी विद्यालय साचालनको शुरुवात गरिएको थियो ।
गोरखा जिल्लाको धेरै गा.वि.स. हरुमा शैक्षिक प्रगति भइसकेको अवस्थामा पनि २०३४ सालमा एस.एल. सी. पास गर्ने व्यक्ति १५/१६ जना मात्र थिए । यसको मुख्य कारण घर पायकमा विद्यालय नभएर अन्यत्र डेरा गराएर पढाउन अभिभावकहरुको क्षमता नहुनु नै थियो । जनसमुदाउमा शिक्षाप्रतिको चाहनाको साथमा समाज सेवी गम्भिर प्रधानको सकि्रय नेतृत्वमा स्कुललाई नि.मा.वि. बनाउन सफल भयो सबै जना गाउलेहरुको सहयोगमा विद्यालयमा विद्यालय भवनहरु निर्माण गर्न सफल भयो । विद्यालयलाई २०३८ सालमा मा.वि. कक्षा ८ अस्थायी अनुमति लिई साचालनमा नै जिल्लाको उत्कृष्ट स्तरयुक्त विद्यालय बनाउनु पर्छ भन्ने मान्यताका साथ स्थापना गरिएकोले स्तरयुक्त पठन पाठन गर्नुको साथै कुशल प्रशासनिक भूमिका निर्वाह गरियो । सर्व प्रथम २०४१ सालमा १४ जना SLC परिक्षामा सहभागि गराई ११ जना उतीर्ण गराई उत्कृष्ट नतिजा प्राप्त गरी शुभ संकेत दिएको थियो । मा.वि. तहमा अध्यापन गराउने अंधिकाश शिक्षक बाहिर बाट ल्याउनु पर्ने हुन्थ्यो अनेकौ दुःख कष्ट गरी श्री सरस्वती मा.वि. हालसम्म एकदम राम्रो विद्यालय को रुपमा चिनिएको छ ।
यस विद्यालयमा मा.वि. तहको सुरुवात देखी नै एकाध वर्ष वाहेक SLC परिक्षाको नतिजा मा कहिल्यै पछि पर्नु परेको छैन । २०६० २०६१ र २०६५ को नतिजामा जिल्ला प्रथम हुन सफल भएको थियो । जिल्ला प्रथम भए वापत गोरखा समाज सेवा केन्द्र काठमाण्डौंले विद्यालयलाई जव समारोह विच सम्मान पत्र पनि प्रदान गरेको छ । अहिले त झनै २ पनि साचालन गरिएको छ आगामी दिनमा डिप्लोमा तहमा समेत पढाई हुने योजना बनाएको छ । आगामी दिनमा वर्तमान शैक्षिक भौतिक अवस्थालाई बृद्धि गर्दै थप उपलब्धी प्राप्त गर्न विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति शिक्षक अभिभावकहरु अभियानमा लागीरहेमा सरस्वती उच्च मा.वि. बाट सम्पूर्ण वोर्लाङ्ग बासीको भविष्य उज्वल हुने महान सम्भावना छ । यसबाट नै विद्यालयको सरोकारवालाले आफ्नो खायित्व निर्वाह गरेको अनुमति मिल्नेछ ।

I am really proud of being one of the ex-students of shree Saraswati Higher Secondary School. I passed the S.L.C. exam in 2063 B.S.securing 85% of marks. I love this school very much. The contribution of this school in my welfare and career building has been deeply imprinted into my mind and is always memorable. One thing that always makes me feel delighted is that I stood at the first position in each and every examination held in this school. After the School Leaving Certificate Examination which is often said to be Iron-Gate, I was heartily invited by Shanti Academy, Chitwan, one of the reputed colleges in Chitwan for my higher study. I was able to top Chitwan District in the final exam of grade XII securing 81% of marks. After my 10+2 (now), I am studying Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in Centre of Professional Studies, New Baneshwor ,Kathmandu. Together with ACCA, I am also studying BBS. The credit for my overall success and golden opportunities still I am grabbing goes to my heart-beat, Saraswati H.S.S. which has been proved to be the apple of the eyes of all Borlangies & Gorkhalies.
